Following are the uses of Google forms 

• for conducting surveys:- You might have seen or fill any surveys that ask various questions about yourself so most of these surveys are created through google forms.

• for creating a poll:- These forms are created for voting purpose 

• for conducting assessments:- These are conducted by teachers for online assessments 

• for making contact us page:- These are created by bloggers or developer for their website.

Expect from these there are many uses of Google forms.

How To Create Google Form On Mobile?

Step 1:- Search Google Drive In Google and then click on the sign-in-google drive and open it in chrome

Step 2:- Now turn on Desktop mode from settings 

Step 3:- Click On the 'New' button 

Step 4:- Now click on google forms

Step 5:- Now you have to give your desire title and description to your form (for ex I have given the 'Contact us' title) and then click on the add button in the right corner as shown in the image below.

(Note:- Description is not compulsory) 

Step 6:- Now add the questions you want to ask and if you want to user to give the answer to your questions  compulsory enable required button (shown in image)

Now you are all done your google form is ready.

How To Change Colour And Font Of Google Form?

If you want to change the colour and font of your Form click on the colour button ( shown in the image below) then you will see theme options, there you can change the Colour and Font of your Form.

How To Share Google Forms? 

Step 1:- Click on 'send' (as shown in below image)

Step 2:- Then you will see 3 options of sending the form

• Through Mail:- in the email section you have to enter the email address of the receiver and make sure to  enable the 'Include form in mail' option and then click on send 

• Through URL:- next to the mail section you will see URL options in this you have to copy the URL of your form and then you can share copied link.

(You can also shorten URL)

• Through HTML code:- Through this, you can create a contact us page for App, Blog or website for that you have to simply copy all HTML code and then paste it into the HTML section of your app, blog or website as you can see I have also created my contact us page through this.

So guys these were all the ways through which you can share your form. 

How To See Responses given by the users? 

For seeing responses given by the users go to the responses section and there you will see responses if anyone responded to your form. 

And if you don't want anyone to respond to your form switch off 'accepting responses' botton
